Your First Visit Experience
As a new patient at Priority Health Care, your initial visit will be both comprehensive and personalized. This typically includes an annual physical and medical examination. You'll meet with a dedicated primary care provider (PCP) who takes the time to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals. It's the beginning of a health journey where you're always at the center of the care we provide.

Health Hubs
In-person visits are available at Health Hubs!
In partnership with a national, reputable, and professional office space provider, Priority Health Care has access to many offices within New York and Ohio, giving our patients even more access to us through Health Hubs. There are many reasons that a patient may need an in-person visit. Health Hubs are brick-and-mortar locations where patients can meet members of the Priority Health Care team (medical providers, nurses, care coordinators, etc.) for in-person visits. Our Health Hubs are located nationwide and offer a professional and discreet meeting location. Patients needing in-person visits can be scheduled for one by calling the care team toll-free at (888) 341-6401 or using the patient portal.
Physicals & Exams
Whether its time for your annual physical or you have a small cut that you want a provider to take a look at, Health Hubs are great for quick, in-person visits.
Complex Care
Somethings are simply best handled in-person. Health Hubs exists so that our patients can be in the same room as someone that cares about them, when they need to. Patients at Priority Health Care have the choice of in-person or viritual visits.
Lab Work/Studies
Patients can visit Health Hubs and/or local labs to complete lab and bloodwork such as blood draws, pregnancy or urine drug screens, STI testing, oral fluid tests and more.
